Sixteen of the homes at The Gables of Whittier are part of the City of Whittier’s Affordable Housing Program and must remain affordable for moderate income homebuyers for a period of 45 years. Additional restrictions apply. Homebuyers must meet the eligibility requirements as set forth by the City. Please note that any future resale must be approved by the City and the future sale price will be determined by the City and may be less than fair market value. No broker participation on affordable homes. There is no guarantee that an applicant will be chosen to purchase one of the affordable homes. Affordable homes are subject to prior sale.
